My mission is to cultivate a community-based creative space where “me” and “we” come together. Through the language of art, movement, mindfulness, somatic practices, and playful creative experiences, I invite people into a radically inclusive environment that supports self-discovery, healing, and connection with themselves and others.
Is humanistic and grounded in presence.
I meet people as whole human beings, creating a space where curiosity, creativity, and non-judgment allow experiences to unfold naturally. Drawing from my own experience of living between cultures and navigating identity, belonging, and depression as an immigrant, I understand the importance of finding a place to land. Art is my main language, supported by mindfulness, movement, somatic practices, play, ritual, and shared moments such as food. My research at Hogeschool Utrecht explored how creative group processes can foster relaxation, safety, and connection through shared presence and co-regulation.
Within Kabila Healing Arts, I guide both group sessions and one-on-one journeys that invite people to create, reflect, and reconnect.
