The Art of Coming Home

The Art of Coming Home

A Mini Retreat for Creativity, Presence & Connection

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down?

In the busyness of everyday life, we often move from one thing to the next without pausing to truly listen to ourselves. We spend so much time doing that we forget how to simply be.

The Art of Coming Home is a gentle invitation to step out of the rush and reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, movement, clay, and meaningful connection.

Over the course of four hours, we will move slowly and intentionally through different parts of the experience. Beginning with an opening circle, we create a welcoming and supportive space to arrive, connect, and settle in. Through mindfulness and gentle movement, we reconnect with the body, the present moment, and our inner world.

From this grounded place, we explore clay as a creative and expressive material. There is no right or wrong way to create. The invitation is simply to be curious, to play, and to allow your hands to guide the process.

Art becomes our universal language a way to express, discover, and connect beyond words.

We close the afternoon by gathering once more in circle, sharing reflections, homemade treats, and meaningful conversation.

This experience is held in English, Farsi, and the language of art.

Come exactly as you are.

No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down.

This experience is for you if you:

  •  Long for a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself
  • Want to explore creativity in a supportive and non-judgmental space
  • Are curious about mindfulness, movement, and art-based practices
