Research use We also ask your permission to use photos, videos, or audio recordings of conversations as part of a school research project. These materials will only be used for educational purposes and handled confidentially. Your participation is completely voluntary. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing means we will no longer use your data for the stated purpose.

Responsibility for Incidents:Participants are responsible for their own behavior and any incidents that may occur during the event. The organizers are not liable for any damages or injuries.
Code of Conduct:We expect all participants to treat each other with respect and to follow the guidelines provided by the organizers. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.
