Our fourth event took place on November 2nd and was our first gathering exclusively for the Iranian community, with the entire event conducted in Farsi. While maintaining a similar structure to previous events, we introduced new warm-up activities, incorporating both dance and mindful movement to foster connection and presence.
The main creative activity involved all nine participants working together on a large sheet of paper, using various drawing materials. As Kabila Healing Arts, we guided the group to let go of judgments and reconnect with their inner child, allowing for playful and free expression. Afterward, we reflected on the collective creation and shared our experiences.
This time, since it was a Farsi-centered event, we aimed to keep things simple and see how it would unfold.
During the communal meal, we engaged in conversations about how everyone perceived the setup and flow of the event. The gathering concluded with a shared meal, further deepening our connection and sense of togetherness.
