Do i need to be an artist or creative to join?
Not at all. You don’t need any artistic background. An open mind and curiosity are more than enough.
Is this really therapy?
These group events are not therapy sessions in the clinical sense. Instead, they are safe spaces to simply be: to dive in, pause, observe, and experiment. I may offer guiding questions to go deeper, but the focus is on expressive art-making, not analyzing the artwork.
If you feel you’d like more personal guidance or to dive deeper, you can always book a one-on-one session.
Why should i join if i can just create art at home?
Creating in a safe and supportive group is very different from doing it alone. Healing together can be deeply encouraging — it brings a sense of unity, support, and not being alone. Others can mirror you, hold space for you, and inspire new perspectives.
Do i need to come every month, or is one time enough?
Both are possible. If you join monthly, you’ll experience more layers of healing, explore different materials that awaken new parts of your unconscious, and connect with a community you can return to.
But even joining once can be powerful — it depends on what you need right now.
What should I bring with me?
You don’t need to bring anything special. All art materials will be provided. Just wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little messy.
How many people are usually in a group?
Groups are kept small and intimate, with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants. Each session is different, but the setting always allows everyone to have space to express themselves and feel supported.
