Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance experience — no choreography, no judgment, no mirrors.
Just music, breath, and your body’s natural rhythm.
We dance to release, to feel, to reconnect with ourselves and others.
No dance experience needed — come exactly as you are.
This gathering is open to everyone — all ages, all bodies, all backgrounds.
Evening Flow
18:00 – Arrival & grounding circle
18:15 – Warm-up & connection
19:00 – Ecstatic Dance
20:00 – Shared meal
20:30 – Closing circle
21:00 – End
Entrance closes at 18:15 — late arrivals will not be admitted.

After dancing, we’ll gather and eat together.
