At this special event, we focused on letting go of perfectionism and embracing the beauty of the process. It wasn’t about creating the “perfect” painting, but about simply being present and connecting—sometimes more through colors and strokes than through words.
Each participant started with their own canvas, working on it for 15 minutes. Then, the magic began: we passed the canvases to the person next to us, allowing someone else to continue the painting. As the canvases rotated, layers of different energies, thoughts, and emotions were added.
The results were breathtaking. Some participants became emotional, seeing how the paintings transformed into something they never imagined. One person shared how it felt like everyone had left a piece of themselves on their canvas, while another reflected, “It was as though I was sharing my thoughts and myself with the group—I felt supported, carried.”
At the end of the session, everyone took home a painting filled with love, collaboration, and a sense of connection. It was a gentle reminder: true beauty lies in letting go, in sharing, and in embracing the unexpected together.
