About the Event

This workshop invites you into a space where movement and drawing meet  a process of slowing down, connecting with your body, and letting what lives inside find form.

The Drawing Movement Method (TBM) is a gentle practice that brings awareness to the body and breath. Through repeated, flowing motions, we activate the right side of the brain  the part that feels, senses, and imagines  helping both hemispheres come into balance.

As the body moves and creates, the mind quiets, the breath deepens, and the nervous system begins to regulate.
From that stillness, emotions can unfold naturally, and healing begins.

You don’t need any artistic or dance experience to join — just curiosity and openness.

This space is for anyone who wishes to:

  • Move from feeling rather than performance

  • Explore body and expression as one language

  • Reconnect with inner rhythm, silence, and flow

  • Experience calm and grounding through art and movement
